Last Minute Transfers  

If you already tried to book your transfer online and the system refused it invoking time restrictions, please contact us directly for last minute transfers.

Luggage Policy  

When choosing your transfer vehicle please check the respective luggage details / capacity. Based on the reference values be sure it is large enough to accommodate all of your items. If in doubt, please request more than one vehicle or choose a larger one.

We accept non-standard luggage like golf bags, pushchairs, wheelchairs, boards, bicycles, pets, etc. Please inform us of such items in the extra luggage step during the booking process.

Children Safety  

Children under 12 years old must travel on appropriate safety seats.

You can request baby seats and booster seats in the children safety step during the booking process.

Passengers with Disabilities  

To fit properly in our vehicles we can only transport personal wheelchairs with folding / collapsible frames.

Please inform us if you need to transport wheelchairs in the extra luggage step of the booking process.

Passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility must be capable of boarding the vehicle independently or with the assistance of those in their party or the driver.

Extra Stops  

You can add extra stops to your transfer during the booking process.

Extra stops must be en-route or near by your transfer origin or destination. Each extra stop is limited to 30 minutes.

Common reasons for adding extra stops:

  • Your group will be staying in different accommodations
  • You need to collect / drop off keys at a different location
  • You want to stop in a nearby supermarket or shop first

Use of Motorways / Express Routes  

If there are any additional costs resulting from the use of motorways / express routes in your transfer, you will be informed during the booking process. For such cases you will be able to choose which route to take as a free alternative is always provided. Otherwise your transfer price already includes the use of motorways.

Payment Options  

When booking your transfer you can choose one the following payment options:

  • Pay in advance online with credit/debit card
  • Pay in advance online with PayPal
  • Pay later to the driver in cash - euros only

Important!
Our vehicles are not equipped with devices capable of processing credit cards, drivers are only able to accept cash - euros only. If you wish to pay with credit card, please, do it online in advance following the link provided during the booking process.

Booking Vouchers & Transfer Confirmations  

Your transfer confirmation is immediate. After finishing your online reservation you will receive by email a booking voucher with all your transfer details, necessary contacts and information on how to find your driver. On the transport day you must show it to the driver to confirm your identity.

Your booking voucher will also contain instructions on how to amend or cancel your transfer if necessary - no extra cost.

Failed to receive your booking voucher? Please start by checking if the email inadvertently went to your spam box. Sometimes the confirmation email can also take longer to arrive due to occasional network delays.

Insurance and Guarantees  

We meet all the mandatory insurance legislation. Passengers and their luggage are fully insured during the transportation service. We are a fully licensed private transportation company, authorized by the portuguese board of tourism with the licence RNAVT 2198.

If for any reason within our control we fail to deliver the passengers to their confirmed destination, we will provide a suitable alternative transportation, such as another coach, train, private car or taxi. Any reimbursement for the cost of an alternative transportation to get to the ticketed destination shall be no more than the cost of getting to that destination by normal taxi.

We are not responsible for delays before or during the transportation service caused by external reasons such as abnormal weather and traffic conditions.

Finding your Driver  

Airport Transfers

After you leave the luggage collecting area at the airport, the driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall holding a sign with the lead passenger name.

Train / Bus Station Transfers

The driver will be standing next to your arrival lane or at the station exit, holding a sign with the lead passenger name.

Cruise Terminal / Harbour Transfers

The driver will be standing near the ship exit or at the harbour exit, holding a sign with the lead passenger name.

Transfers from Your Accommodation

The driver will be at your hotel / resort reception or private villa door at the specified pickup time.

Flight Delays  

No need to worry. We always check your flight status directly with the airport control and wait until your arrival - no extra charge.

The same principle also applies to transfers from bus / train stations or cruise terminals.

Amendments & Cancellations  

You can make amendments to your booking or cancel your transfer online at any time with no extra cost.
To do so follow the instructions present in your booking voucher.

Any due refunds resulting from booking amendments or cancellations are instantly shown and will be automatically processed within 10 business days.

Refunds  

We automatically process any due refunds resulting from booking amendments or cancellations within 10 business days.

Lost Property  

We are not responsible for any hand luggage left in our vehicles. It is passengers responsibility to ensure that they carry all of their belongings with them when leaving the vehicle.
